Use Filters to Focus Your Review

  • Date Range – limit results to a semester, a week, or any period you choose.
  • Sentiment – view chats with positive or negative learner reactions.
  • Topic – isolate discussions about specific subject matter.
  • Category – narrow by any predefined learner categories.

Filters help identify learning gaps, frequent topics, and mentor response quality.

  • Open the file in your preferred analytics tool for further examination.

Why Chat History Matters

  • Reveals where learners struggle most.
  • Highlights content areas that may need clearer teaching materials.
  • Shows whether the mentor’s tone and style resonate with learners.
  • Informs tweaks to the system prompt or additional training materials.

You now know how to access, filter, and export mentor-learner conversations to keep improving both course content and the mentor itself.
