The Accessibility menu lets you tailor the mentorAI interface to your needs—without leaving the chat.

Once enabled by your school’s admin, you can adjust contrast, text size, alignment, tooltips, and more. Your choices are user-specific, so settings stay with you until you change or reset them.

Note: An administrator must enable the Accessibility menu for your tenant before you can use it.


How to Use (step by step)

Find the Accessibility Icon

If your admin has enabled the feature, an Accessibility icon will appear in the mentorAI interface.

Open the Menu

Click the icon to view available options (contrast, text size, tooltips, alignment, and more).

Adjust Your Preferences

  • Contrast: Toggle on/off to increase visibility
  • Text Size: Increase or decrease font size
  • Tooltips: Enable to see brief explanations on hover
  • Text Alignment: Choose left, center, or right to suit your reading preference

Review Changes Live

The page updates immediately so you can confirm the adjustments work for you.

Reset Anytime

Select Reset to restore default settings if you want to start over.
