Surveys allow mentorAI to politely ask for your feedback at the right moment during a conversation—without interrupting your learning. Based on simple rules set by your instructor (for example, after a few messages or during a later chat session), the mentor shares a one-time survey link so you can help improve the experience.
Student
Surveys appear only after specific conditions are met (e.g., after 5 messages or during your 3rd chat session).
The mentor continues answering your question and adds the survey link at the end of a message, so your flow isn’t disrupted.
Each survey link is shown only once per student—no repeated reminders.
You can complete the survey, reply “done”, or “skip”. Either way, the mentor won’t ask again.
Because the prompt is triggered after real interaction, your feedback reflects an authentic experience.
Start a normal conversation and ask questions as usual. You may also click guided prompts to continue.
After a certain number of messages or sessions (set by your instructor), the survey rule activates automatically.
The mentor responds to your current question and then adds a short note like:
“If you have a moment, I’d appreciate your feedback.”
A clickable survey link appears at the end of the message.
- Click the link and complete the survey, or
- Reply “done” if you’ve completed it elsewhere, or
- Reply “skip” if you don’t want to participate.
No matter what you choose, the mentor will not show the survey again and the conversation continues normally.
Your feedback helps instructors fine-tune explanations, prompts, and learning resources.
Surveys give instructors insight into how helpful the mentor is for real coursework.
Because the survey appears naturally within chat—and only once—it’s easy to respond without feeling interrupted or overwhelmed.
Even if you skip, the option ensures learners are invited (not forced) to share their perspective.
Surveys are designed to be respectful, optional, and well-timed, giving you a voice while keeping mentorAI focused on what matters most—your learning.
